Preparing for a Caesarean Birth – 2 hour Workshop (Saturday 28th March)

A 2 hour workshop for you and your birth partner provided by Dr Clare Redfearn MBChB MRCOG Consultant Obstetrician on specific aspects relating to a planned Caesarean Birth and recovery. We cover Wellbeing in the 3^rd trimester, Preparation before Caesarean, Coming to hospital, Caesarean Birth Step by Step, Events that can occur during Caesarean, Recovery in hospital, Recovery at home, Health optimisation and future pregnancies. Each couple will receive a Birth Preferences Template for a Planned Caesarean.
