Optimising health and wellbeing prior to pregnancy significantly improves outcomes for you and your baby. Prior to embarking on a pregnancy this consultation will review potential lifestyle modifications, previous pregnancy and birth outcomes, underlying health conditions and how these may affect a pregnancy or a pregnancy affect them. You will receive recommendations of pre pregnancy optimisation and guidance on the likely care and support that will be offered in pregnancy and birth. This may be beneficial for those whom are undergoing IVF, experienced previous pregnancy or birth complications, have underlying medical disorders or who just want to be fully informed on their individual needs to be in good steads of a healthy pregnancy and birth

Pre consultation Questionnaire
45 minute Consultation
Discuss individual expectations for conceiving, pregnancy and birth
A post consultation summary of recommendations for optimal pregnancy planning and an outline of likely care and surveillance and birth options
In addition this can include a Pelvic ultrasound to exclude fibroids, endometrial pathology, uterine anomalies and ovarian cysts £95
Fit to Fly Consultation
A Consultation assessing your fitness to fly assessing your gestation of pregnancy when travelling, any underlying health and pregnancy concerns and providing specific advice for the duration and destination of your travel.
Includes completion of documentation required for Airline/ Travel company.

Consultations at 20, 24, 28, 32 weeks with listening to baby’s heart beat, Blood pressure assessment and urine check.
A 50 minute Birth Choices Consultations at 36 weeks to discuss you personalised birth preferences with Reassurance Scan
Consultations at 38, 39, 40 weeks with listening to baby’s heart rate, and assessment of position. Blood pressure assessment and urine check .

This consultation enables personalised birth planning looking at labour and immediate postnatal care.
