Antenatal classes provided by experienced Registered Midwives, Consultant Obstetricians and a Chartered Physiotherapist in Kent and Medway.
The Team
The team cares for women, birthing people their babies and families through pregnancy, birth and postnatally who experience every different type of birth. The team have a wealth of knowledge with experience both worked and lived which they bring to our Antenatal Classes.
The Antenetal Classes are face to face at a variety of venues in Kent and Medway and facilitated in a way to enable discussion and ensure parents to be are well equipped with the knowledge and confidence to for the next chapter of their lives as a family.
Each couple will be provided with a Packing List, Birth Preferences sheet, Dad Pad/ Co-parent Pad in addition to useful leaflets and tools to compliment the course content.
Antenatal Classes – Evening sessions £295
This is a set of 2 hour sessions held weekly for four weeks from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Refreshments are provided. A great way to meet fellow parents expecting at the same time. The group is for 8 couples aimed to embark the course from no later than 32 weeks gestation.
Antenatal Classes – Intensive One day £275
All 4 sessions are provided in a full day 9 – 5pm with Refreshments and lunch included. The group is for 12 couples aimed to embark the course from no later than 36 weeks gestation.
Preparing for an Induced Labour £120
A 2 hour evening session provided by a Consultant Obstetrician focusing on Induced labour and Birth. We cover reasons to be offered an Induction, decision making, birth outcomes, types of induction, the induction process and events that can occur. Each couple will receive a Decision Making Tool and a Birth preferences Sheet for an Induced Labour.

Preparing for a Caesarean Birth £120
A 2 hour Evening session provided by a Consultant Obstetrician on specific aspects relating to a planned Caesarean Birth and recovery. We cover Wellbeing in the 3rd trimester, Preparation before Caesarean, Coming to hospital, Caesarean Birth Step by Step, Events that can occur during Caesarean, Recovery in hospital, Recovery at home, Health optimisation and future pregnancies. Each couple will receive a Birth Preferences Template for a Planned Caesarean.
