One Day Intensive Antenatal Course 13th June 2026 – Whitstable

Birth Preparation classes provided by experienced Registered Midwives, Consultant Obstetricians and a Chartered Physiotherapist providing you with up to date, evidence based information.

The team cares for women, birthing people their babies and families through pregnancy, birth and postnatally who experience every different type of birth.   The team have a wealth of knowledge with experience both worked and lived which they bring to course.

The courses are face to face and facilitated in a way to enable discussion and prepare parents to be well equipped facing the next chapter of their lives as a family.

Each couple will be provided with a Packing List, Birth Preferences sheet, Dad Pad in addition to useful leaflets and tools to compliment the course content.

This course covers all 4 Sessions in one day with Lunch and Refreshments provided.
